‘Grief emotions’ are nothing to be a fraid or ashamed of – it’s a normal part of being a human being!

If you’ve been feeling sad, depressed or angry for a long time and don’t understand why?

Have you been feeling terribly lonely or are you isolating yourself from family and friends?

Losses and grief is a human experience; it touches men; women; children; adolescents; people from all cultural backgrounds.

Long term suppressed unresolved grief  causes the physical body to be put under enormous pressure and it can be relentless for the individual/family/couple.   If not supported and processed such pressure can lead to social, emotional and health challenges.
